Caminhar has worldwide shipping services.

The products bought in our online store www.caminhar.pt are delivered by external companies (ex: CTT), therefore, they are subjected to delivery deadlines. However, after the e-mail confirmation, the orders are sent in an average delivery time of 24 to 48 hours in Portugal’s continental territory (work days) and up from 5 to 10 days to Madeira and Azores.

In your customer personal account, you will be able to see the condition of your orders by clicking in “Follow Order”.

You may check the situation of your order on the CTT website, guiding yourself with the code that was sent to you by e-mail. If you didn’t receive the code of the postmark or if you have any doubt, you may contact us through our Customer Service by calling 00351 253 507 311 between 9 am and 6 pm, or through e-mail, caminhar@caminhar.pt.

No, Caminhar is an exclusive online store. This allows us to have less additional costs and to have more appealing prices for the customers.

All the orders are sent from Monday to Friday, within the functioning schedule of our associated partners responsible for deliveries.

Yes, the I.V.A, according to the legal rate operating, is included in all our products.

We show you a guide table. However, the table is not exact, because there are variations in the patterns of every manufacturer. Still, you may use it as a guide.

Atention: the responsibility of choice of a certain shoe number is of the entire responsibility of the customer. This table is just a guide, and it’s not exactly accurate.

You should contact our Customer Service by e-mail or phone within 14 days, starting the day you’ve received your order, and one of our workers will inform you how to proceed. The exchange and return policy is clearly explained in “Terms and Conditions”.
